The theater is one of the oldest in the capital and now is an historic landmark of the city.


Plaza Mayor
Plaza Mayor was built in 1580. Remodeled in 1617 by architect Juan de Herrera during King Philip's reign.

An art nouveau market place dated back to 1916 with a twenty century glass wall.
